CHAPTER VOTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR NATIONAL BOARD NOMINEES:
Each chapter will be afforded one vote for their Region Trustee and one vote for National President. Chapter members will cast their votes at their chapter meeting. Chapters will count the votes and record the results for each position in the chapter minutes. The results of those votes will be the one vote afforded to the chapter for each position.
For example, the Chapter will record ONLY one vote,
Our Chapter votes for (nominee name) for National President.
Our Chapter votes for (nominee name) for (your region) Region Trustee.
Chapters will send the minutes at which voting is being conducted to elections@nationalcops.org
no later than July 10, 2024 in order to be counted.
